Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has informed that as per the terms of appointment, Vinayak Chatterjee {DIN: 00008933), completed his second term as an Independent Director of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise ('the Company') as of 31st March 2024 and consequently ceased to be an Independent Director and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company effective from the closing hours of 31st March 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Vinayak Chatterjee during his tenure. Further informed that even after the cessation of office of Vinayak Chatterjee as an Independent Director of the Company, the Company would continue to be in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 17(1) of the SEBI LODR.
