Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 75,766 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on April 4, 2024 pursuant to exercise of stock options / units under its ESOP / RSU Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs 6,17,31,40,750 (3,08,65,70,375 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 6,17,32,92,282 (3,08,66,46,141 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
