Clean Science and Technology has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulation and Monitoring Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by designated persons, will remain closed from Monday, 1st April, 2024 up to the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year end 31st March, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024 shall be communicated in due course of time.
