Infobeans Technologies has informed that it has incorporated the subsidiary in the name of InfoBeans Technologies LLC, a company established by virtue of a commercial license issue by Dubai Department of Economy, in which InfoBeans Technologies has proposed to make the Investment by way of capital contribution in near future. The ODI compliances for Capital Investment is in process, and we will update the same to Stock Exchange once it’s completed.
