In continuation to intimation dated March 22, 2024 with respect to the Company acting in the capacity of Option Provider to purchase Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCDs) (including the resultant Equity Shares) to be issued by Shriram Housing Finance, high value debt listed non-material subsidiary of the Company (SHFL/Issuer) from Kotak Mahindra Investments (Investor) upon exercise of put /call option as per the Option Agreement to be executed between the Company, SHFL and Investor; Shriram Finance has informed that the Company has today executed the said Option Agreement with SHFL and Investor.
