Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri gets principle nod to merge its two WOS with itself

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri has received principle approval for proposal of Merger of the Company with its two wholly owned subsidiary Companies, viz. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (Bombay) and Konfiaance Jewellery under the Scheme of Amalgamation

The board of directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2013 has approved for the same.

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, a well known jewellery retailer in India, is primarily engaged in selling gold and diamond-studded jewellery. TBZ-The Original has 26 stores in 20 cities across 7 states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.
