Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bajaj Finance has informed that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held today 2nd May 2024, allotted 1,36,350 NCDs, at face value of Rs 1 Lakh each, aggregating to Rs 1,371.25 crore on private placement basis. The details of the said allotment are enclosed. The meeting commenced at 1:30 pm and concluded at 1:45 pm.
