Datamatics Global Services has informed that it attached the request letters dated May 07, 2024, received from 4 persons forming part of Promoter Group of the Company seeking reclassification of their shareholding from ‘Promoter Group’ category to ‘Public’ category. A list of such persons forming part of Promoter Group is enclosed as Annexure A. The request for reclassification will be considered by the Board of Directors pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
