Tata Consultancy Services has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from June 08, 2013 to June 14, 2013 for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend & 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on June 28, 2013. If the Final Dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend will be made on July 05, 2013.
