Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that Rahul Jain, Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 31st May, 2024, due to change in his posting in the Government of India. Jain represented the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India. A copy of the resignation letter of Jain received by the Company on 16th May, 2024 at 5.51 pm is enclosed.
