FIIs stood as net buyers in equities on June 02, 2011: SEBI

The FIIs on Thursday were net buyers in equities while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2467.30 crore against gross sell of Rs 1777.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 689.60 in equities on June 02, 2011.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 349.80 crore with gross sales of Rs 616.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 266.50 crore in debt on June 02, 2011.
