R Systems International has received its board’s approval for the additional investment of upto $250,000 in USA based -- R Systems Solutions Inc -- a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The company's board gave the approval at their meeting held on October 29, 2011.

Further, the company will increase the paid-up share capital of Malaysia based -- ECnet (M) -- which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ECnet, Singapore from Malaysian Ringgit (RM) 200,000 to RM 500,000. ECnet, Singapore is a 98.59% subsidiary of R Systems International.
