Intellect Design Arena has informed that Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of the Company has Circular Resolution dated May 22, 2024 approved the allotment of 39,427 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each on May 24, 2024 at 04:10 AM (IST) to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Schemes detailed hereunder: 14,240 Equity Shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2015 (ISOP 2015) Scheme; 4,000 Equity Shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2016 (ISOP 2016) Scheme; 21,187 Equity Shares under the Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 (IIPS 2018) Scheme The Company is in the process of applying for listing and trading of the above shares on NSE and BSE. The paid-up share capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs. 68,43,89,715 divided into 13,68,77,943 equity shares of Rs 5 each to Rs. 68,45,86,850 divided into 13,69,17,370 equity shares of Rs 5 each. The new equity shares issued shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares.
