Nelco has informed that the 81st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 25th June 2024 at 03.30 pm (IST) via two-way Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has submitted the Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 alongwith the Notice of the AGM which is being sent through electronic mode to the shareholders and physical copies to only those shareholders who request for the same.
