Adani Enterprises Ltd.

AdaniConneX, a 50:50 JV between Adani Enterprises and EdgeConneX, has completed the acquisition of 100% stake of Terravista Developers (TDPL) from Adani Infrastructure Developers (AIDPL) on May 28, 2024. The object of acquisition is to set up infrastructure facilities. The acquisition is done at a purchase consideration of Rs 296.11 crore.
