LTIM/SE/STAT/2024-25/16 dated April 24, 2024, it informed that the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to the final dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024, if approved at the AGM, is fixed as Wednesday, June 19, 2024 and shall be paid within 10 days from declaration.
