Tata Consultancy Services has informed that the twenty-nineth Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company was held on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 3.00 pm (IST) and concluded at 6.08 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM). In this regard, it has enclosed the Proceedings of the AGM pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, as Annexure A. The above are also being uploaded on the Company’s website www.tcs.com. The video recording of the proceedings of the AGM is also being made available on the Company’s website at www.tcs.com.
