Poona Dal & Oil Industries has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 31, 2011, has considered and acceptance of resignation of Rajendra D. Shetiya as works director and from the board of directors of the company with immediate effect and shifting of manufacturing facility from Gat No. 285/286, Nanekarwadi Chakan, Tal. Khed, Dist. Pune- 410501 to the existing until at E2, Kurkumbh MIDC, Kurkumbh, Tal. Daund, Dist. Pune- 413801. The shifting will enhance the operational efficiency of the company. The shifting shall be subject to obtaining approval from various authorities, if any.
