Infosys has informed that the Company has allotted 1,33,180 equity shares of face value of ? 5 each vide a resolution dated June 13, 2024 and approved on June 14, 2024, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as follows: • 4,723 equity shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and • 1,28,457 equity shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, on June 14, 2024, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ? 20,76,01,42,375/- divided into 4,15,20,28,475 equity shares of face value ?5/- each. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www.infosys.com.
