SBI raises $100 million via senior unsecured floating rate notes

State Bank of India (SBI) has concluded the issuance of $100 million Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes having maturity of 3 years and coupon of SOFR+95 bps p.a. payable quarterly in arrears under Regulation-S. The Bonds will be issued through its London branch as of June 20, 2024.

State Bank of India is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
