Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation 2015, AlA Engineering has informed that Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services Foreign Trade - Department of Trade Defense, Brazil (DECOM) has carried out Sun Set Review on Anti-dumping duty on certain types of grinding media exported from India into Brazil on the basis of the petition filed by Magotteaux Brasil. (‘Magotteaux’). On completion of the said review, DECOM has decided against the petition filed by Magotteaux and ordered to terminate the antidumping duty with immediate effect vide Circular No. 25 dated 13th June, 2024.
