Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 1,742 crore through the allotment of 1,74,200 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at face value of Rs 1 lakh each, on private placement basis. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on June 18, 2024, allotted the same.
