Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has sold 70% stake of Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Company to Zurich Insurance Company (Zurich). With this, Kotak General has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank on June 18, 2024 and the Bank now holds the remaining 30% of the share capital of Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Company.
