Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable regulations, if any, Persistent Systems has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published in Financial Express (English) in all edition and Loksatta (Marathi) in Pune edition on June 20, 2024, for giving Public Notice to the Shareholders intimating that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 1600 Hrs (IST) at Persistent Systems, Dewang Mehta Auditorium, ‘Bhageerath’, 402 Senapati Bapat Road, Pune 411 016, India in-person and through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) at the members’ best convenience to transact the business, as set out in the Notice of the AGM.
