Tata Motors has informed that the 79th AGM of the Company was held on Monday, June 24, 2024 from 2.30 pm (IST) and concluded at 6:30 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM') to transact the businesses as stated in the Notice dated May 22, 2024 convening the AGM. As required under Regulation 30 Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the Summary of proceedings of the 79th AGM, as Annexure A. The video recording of the proceedings of the AGM is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.tatamotors.com.
