Date: 25-06-2024Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Trent has informed that it enclosed the intimation letter dated 24th June 2024 from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company – Link Intime India, wherein the Company is informed regarding issue of letters of confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificates to the shareholders.
