Trading Window for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 would remain closed from July 1, 2024 till the 48 hours after completion of Board Meeting for the declaration of the financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Accordingly, all person covered under the above mentioned code are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date Board Meeting for the consideration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2034 would be intimated in due course of time.
