In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’ (‘Company’s code’) adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations, 2015’) read with amendments thereto, IRIS Business Services has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the ‘Designated Persons’ including their immediate relatives and ‘Insider’s defined in the Company’s Code and the PIT Regulations, 2015 commencing from Monday, July 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of the Board meeting for consideration, approval and declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, will be intimated in due course.
