Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Coforge has informed that Basab Pradhan (DIN: 00892181), who was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company and the Chairperson of the Board for a second term of three consecutive years with effect from June 29, 2021, has completed the aforesaid term on June 28, 2024 and accordingly ceased to be the member of committees of the Board. The Board thanked Pradhan for his outstanding contribution during his tenure as an Independent Director and Chairperson of the Board. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as ‘Annexure - I’. Further, as informed earlier vide intimation dated April 22, 2024, Om Prakash Bhatt (DIN: 00548091) will take over as Chairperson of the Board with immediate effect.
