Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Nestlé India has informed that Sandeep Sethi ceased to be Head of Nestlé Business Services (‘NBS’) Division of the Company (Senior Management Personnel) with effect from close of business hours on 30th June 2024. The above movement is consequent upon transfer of NBS Division to Nestlé Business Services India, a fellow subsidiary, with effect from 1st July 2024, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 7th February 2024 and communicated to the stock exchanges vide its letter no. PKR:SG: 13:24 dated 7th February 2024. Details in accordance with the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is given in Annexure-I to this letter.
