Latent View Analytics has acquired 70% of the fully diluted equity share capital of Decision Point on July 1, 2024. With this acquisition, the Decision Point has become a subsidiary of the Company. Further, with this acquisition, all the proceeds from the IPO have been entirely utilized for the intended purposes as outlined in the company's prospectus dated November 17, 2021.
