Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals has informed that K.S. Jamestin and A. K. Hazarika, ONGC nominee directors have resigned from the board of MRPL consequent upon withdrawal of their nomination as directors by ONGC from the board of MRPL with immediate effect.
