Coforge has completed the acquisition of 7,639,492 equity shares aggregating to 27.98% of paid up share capital of Cigniti Technologies (Cigniti). Pursuant to this, Cigniti is on target to become a subsidiary post closure of open offer.

Earlier, on May 2, 2024 the company had entered into share purchase agreements with the promoters and select public shareholders of Cigniti.
