Punjab National Bank has informed that audit committee of board of the bank in its meeting held on October 31, 2011, has appointed V. K. Khanna, General Manager, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bank in place of Krishnan Ramiah, General Manager, who attained superannuation on October 31, 2011.
