Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Larsen & Toubro has informed that L&T Semiconductor Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on July 8, 2024 for acquisition of 100% stake in SiliConch Systems. The company has enclosed as Annexure A, the information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
