With refer to letter dated June 26, 2024, whereby the Company had intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Friday, 19th July 2024, to consider the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of our Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 (6) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, JSW Steel has informed that the Company proposes to hold a Conference Call with Analysts on 19th July 2024 at 06.00 pm IST.
