Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Equitas Small Finance Bank (the Bank) will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 & the raising of capital through issuance of Redeemable Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures / Bonds / other debt securities on a private placement basis subject to approval from the Shareholders of the Bank and approvals from the regulatory authorities, as may be required. The Board of Directors would also consider convening a General Meeting to seek approval of the Shareholders of the Bank in respect of the aforesaid proposal for fund raising, as required.
