With reference to the earlier intimation issued by the Company on 27th February 2024, regarding the purchase of balance equity shares held by the individual shareholders of CaratLane Trading Private Limited (CaratLane), Titan Company has informed that the Company has completed the purchase of the said shares and hence CaratLane has become a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from 18th July 2024. The disclosure is also being made available on the Company's website at www.titancompany.in.
