Tata Consumer Products has informed that the Hon’ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench by an order passed on July 18, 2024 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of NourishCo Beverages, Tata SmartFoodz, and Tata Consumer Soulfull (Transferor Companies) with Tata Consumer Products (Transferee Company). All three Transferor Companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Transferee Company. The Appointed Date of the Scheme is April 1, 2024.
