With reference to letter dated 1st June, 2024, intimating about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Friday, 19th July, 2024. UltraTech Cement has informed that the Board at its meeting held today approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Reports and press release are attached. The meeting commenced at 12 noon and concluded at 2.35 pm.
