Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, GAIL (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 30th July, 2024 to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. Further, in continuation of its letter of even no. dated 28th March, 2024, specifying the closure of Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company which was already closed from 1st July, 2024 shall further remain closed till 1st August, 2024 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
