Further to its disclosure dated July 17, 2024, intimating entering into definitive agreement(s)/document(s) for acquisition of 100% membership interests in BridgeView Life Sciences, LLC, by Zensar Technologies Inc, USA (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company). Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, Zensar Technologies has informed that acquisition of BridgeView Life Sciences, LLC has been completed on July 24, 2024.
