Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Sonata Software has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, 31st July, 2024, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the aforesaid Regulations, the Company proposes to hold a conference call with the Analysts / Investors. The details of the call will be intimated separately.
