Dabur India has informed that the remuneration cum compensation committee in its meeting held on October 31, 2011 has granted 750 fresh Stock Options under Dabur Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000 to the eligible employees of the company with the conditions that options have vesting period of 1 year, the said options shall be exercisable within a period of 3 years after vesting of the same and options carry the right to apply for equivalent number of equity shares of the company.
Further, the committee has cancelled 9,79,370 stock options granted earlier under the scheme.
