Coromandel International allots 141,392 equity shares under ESOP

Coromandel International has informed that the share transfer & investors' grievance committee on October 31, 2011 allotted 141,392 equity shares of Re 1 each fully paid to the employees pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the company stands revised to 28,23,41,558 equity shares of Re 1 each fully paid amounting to Rs 28,23,41,558.
