Tata Consumer Product has informed that pursuant to authority granted by the Shareholders through Postal Ballot on May 4, 2024, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board has approved on July 26, 2024, the grant of 2,12,351 Performance Share Units (‘PSUs’) to the eligible employees in terms of the Tata Consumer Products - Share-based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2024 (‘TCPL-SLTI Scheme 2024’) under SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. The details of the aforesaid grant are provided in Annexure A.
