In partial modification to our earlier filing dated 29.07.204 and pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with related SEBI Circular, Netweb Technologies India has confirmed that there is no deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds of the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of the Company during the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. It has enclosed a revised statement in this regard. The aforesaid statement has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board at their respective meetings held on July 20, 2024. They shall be pleased to provide any clarity in this regard.
