Shriram Finance has informed that the 45th Annual General Meeting (the ‘AGM’) of the Company was held today Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 2.00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue to transact the business as stated in the Notice dated June 1, 2024 convening the AGM. The Company also facilitated the live webcast of the proceedings and the webcast recording of the AGM is being made available on the website of the Company: www.shriramfinance.in. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III -Part A -Para A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it has enclosed proceedings of the AGM of the Company.
