As per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, NATCO Pharma has informed about the sad demise of Dr. M.U.R. Naidu, Independent Director of the Company on 30th July, 2024. Dr. M.U.R. Naidu was Independent Director of the Company since 11th February, 2015. During his tenure as Director on the Board, the Company has immensely benefited from his thorough knowledge, rich experience as Board and Committee member. The Directors and Employees of the Company convey their deep sympathy and condolences to his family.
