In furtherance to letter dated July 30, 2024, Shriram Finance has informed that it attached consolidated voting results of Remote e-voting and e-voting at the 45th Annual General Meeting, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations along with the Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report dated July 31, 2024 pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(4)(xii) of the Companies (Management and Administration), Rules 2014. All the sixteen resolutions proposed in the Notice dated June 1, 2024 convening the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company were approved and passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority. The resolutions are deemed to be passed on the date of the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company i.e. on July 30, 2024.
